You should know that I have ABSOLUTELY ZERO background in personal training, kinesiology, or physical therapy. You’ll have to see a real professional for that stuff. What I hope to provide on this site:
1. Workouts and nutrition advice you can follow at home.
2. Fitness as a vehicle for personal empowerment, well-being, and awesomeness.
3. Safe space for strong women to be strong, and for all lgbtq to fulfill their strength potential.
